After-Sales Service

Regarding the shopping after-sales service policy, please rest assured that we will do our best to satisfy you.
Our company sells two types of products: OEM and branded products. Product categories include mechanical, electronic, electrical, pneumatic, development boards, etc. To reduce misunderstandings between both parties during the transaction, please note:

Regarding receiving and inspecting the goods:
1. If needed, our company can provide product pictures to ensure that the product matches your requirements.
2. After the goods arrive at your company, please take photos as evidence before opening the packaging box.
3. After receiving the goods, please check the quantity and the product packaging within 3 days. If the quantity or product is damaged, please contact the salesperson promptly or send an email to ldcontact@qq.com . We will follow up and handle it promptly.
4. After receiving the goods, please handle them with care to avoid damage due to humidity, high temperature, or low temperature. Due to improper storage causing damage, neither we nor the original manufacturer provide after-sales service.

Regarding quality and warranty:
1. All products sold by our company come with a warranty that strictly follows the brand's three-pack service policy.
2. Our OEM products have a warranty period as agreed in the contract. For all OEM products, if there are quality issues within the warranty period, we will only replace, not repair.
3. Please pay special attention to IC accessories and soldered electrical accessories (such as terminals, switches, cables), once installed on the machine, the after-sales service stops. Before installing the product, please read the related accessory instructions and installation guide carefully to ensure proper installation.
4. After testing, if quality issues are found, the product needs to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection and repair suggestions.
